Enabling Alert Scenario
Alert scenarios are triggered on receipt of an alert from the alert source. To enable StageCrew alert scenarios to receive alerts, the tool from the alert source also needs to be configured.
Copy the scenario ID of the alert scenario that you would like to send an alert from the StageCrew scenario list. The scenario ID is the alphanumeric string displayed directly below the scenario name. When you mouse over it, ‘Copy ID’ is displayed, click on it to copy the scenario ID. Copying the scenario ID will copy the endpoint URL of the target scenario. (https://api.pitwall-web.jp/createCorrelation/YourScenarioID)
Go to the tool from the alert source.
Set the StageCrew endpoint URL including the scenario ID as the alert destination using a function such as Webhook in the tool from the alert source. For details on how to set the Webhook URL created by Scenario in StageCrew in your monitoring tool, please refer to the website of each tools. Below are the examples from the tool's website.
The tools supported by StageCrew are listed here.
Once the configuration is complete, issue a test alert on the monitoring tool side to check the operation of the scenario.
Once the scenario has been confirmed to work, the alert scenario configuration is complete.
