Recipient Settings
What is Recipient settings?
By configuring recipient settings, you can send notifications about the results of executed scenario.
How to use
Register recipient
Click the [Add a new recipient setting] button in the upper right.

[Create a new]: Create a new recipient manually. [Select from members]: Select and add an existing recipient from the member list.
Register recipient information from [Create a new] on the modal window.

Name: You can set any name for the recipient. (3 characters or more is required)
URL or Email: Enter a Webhook URL or Email address. Supported recipients are Email, Slack, Teams, and PagerDuty. When selecting PagerDuty, you must also provide an Account Token, as it is required for authentication.
Click on [Register] button.

Once you have set up the recipient, the registered recipient will be displayed in a list.

Recipient
Recipient names will be displayed.
Scenarios
This is the number of scenarios for which the relevant recipient is set.
Registered
The date and time when the recipient was registered.
Last updated
The date and time when the recipient was last updated.
Edit recipient
To edit a recipient, click on the recipient's name or select [Manage recipient] from the vertical ellipsis
. Once selected, the editing screen will be displayed.
Delete recipient
To delete a notification recipient, click the vertical ellipsis
and select [Delete recipient]. If you are sure you want to delete it, click the Delete button to confirm. If a recipient is set in a scenario, you cannot delete the recipient. You must first delete the recipient from the scenario.
Setting MS Teams and Slack as a notification recipient using webhook feature.
Follow the instructions below to set Microsoft Teams as a notification recipient. 1. Start Microsoft Teams application. 1. Select a preferred team from which include channels that you would like to get notifications to. 1. Select target channels to get notifications. 1. Click on "Manage Channel" from other options by clicking the horizontal ellipsis dots. 1. Select "Edit" on Connector menu in settings tab. 1. Search for Incoming Webhook and select "Add". 1. Provide a name for the webhook and upload an image if necessary. Then Select "Create". 1. Copy and save the unique webhook URL present in the dialog. 1. Go to "recipient settings" screen on StageCrew. 1. Paste webhook URL copied earlier and paste it in "URL or Email" section. 1. Click on "Register" button.

Follow the instructions below to set Slack as a notification recipient.
Open Slack API page on a browser. (https://api.slack.com/apps)
Click on "CreateNewApp" icon then click on "From scratch".
Give a name to the app and select workspace to get notifications on.
Select "Incoming Webhooks" in "Add features and functionality".
Move the toggle and enable incoming webhook.
Click on "Add New Webhook to Workspace".
Select a channel and click on "approve".
Copy webhook URL on the bottom of the page.
Go to "recipient settings" screen on StageCrew.
Paste webhook URL copied earlier and paste it in "URL or Email" section.
Click on "Register" button.

Setting PagerDuty as a notification recipient.
