Expert Notes allow individuals with deep expertise and experience to explain and share how to respond to specific cases or issues. The accumulated knowledge from experts can be highly beneficial for less experienced users facing similar situations. By quickly referencing and applying expert insights, teams can resolve problems more swiftly and accurately.
How to use
The initial screen looks like this.
Registering an Expert Note
Click “Create a new...” button at the top right, then select “Create a new Expert Note.”
Create an expert note from "Create a new expert note" on the modal screen.
Title: Enter a name for your Expert Note.
Description: Enter a description for your Expert Note.
This note belongs to...: You can select the hierarchy in which to place the Expert Note.
Select event: Select an event from "Alert", "Scheduled Execution", "Instant Lookup" and "Hub".
〇 asset selected: You can choose which "Asset" to link to the Expert Note.
Click the "Save" button.

The Expert Notes you have created will be displayed in a list as shown below.

Name
The name of the Expert Note is displayed.
Tag
The tag name of the Expert Note will be displayed.
You can search for Expert Notes by entering keywords into the search box at the top of the screen. Also, you can use tags to filter and narrow down the results.
Select the Expert Note you wish to edit, then click the [Edit note] toggle at the top of the screen to enter editing mode. You can then edit items or add tags, annotations, and comments to screenshots by hovering your mouse over a screenshot.
While in editing mode you can select individual items in the Expert Note to edit, delete, or change their order.
If you accidentally delete a selected item, you can Undo the deletion by clicking on the "Undo" button that will be displayed for several seconds in the bottom-right corner of the browser screen.
Save your edits to the Expert Note by clicking on the [Edit note] toggle again to exit editing mode.
Adding Annotations to Video Clips
You can add annotations to video clips by hovering your mouse over a video to add tags, annotations and comments. For details, refer to the adding annotations to video clips manual.
To edit the title, description, etc. of an Expert Note, select [Edit note setting] from the notification name or the vertical ellipsis . The [Edit expert note] screen will appear. Here you can edit the title and description of the expert note as well as configure a custom header and footer.
Deleting a notification
To delete an Expert Note, select [Delete Note] from the vertical ellipsis . If you are sure you want to delete it, click the [Delete] button to confirm.
Creating a public link
To create a public link, select the Expert Note and click the [Share] icon at the top of the screen. You can also create a public link by selecting the Expert Note, hovering over the displayed screenshot and clicking the [Share public link] icon.
The [Share expert note] dialog box will appear.
Choose from either "Restricted" or "Public" and set viewing privileges to the link.

Press "Copy link" button. Send the link to the person who you want to share the expert note.
You may also set an optional passcode when sharing a link. If a passcode has been set, the passcode will be required in order to view the link.
You can also configure the expert note public sharing to auto-expire at a specified time.
Export Expert Note to PDF
You can export an Expert Note as a PDF by clicking the vertical ellipsis at the top of the page and then clicking on [Print note].
From the Print screen, select [Print to PDF] from the list under [Printer], and then click [Print].

The following is an example of using Expert Note.
The following sample image includes comments about multiple graphs for future reference by team members.
In the future, we plan to overlay multiple screenshots with an image-analyzing AI for analysis.
