AI Analysis

StageCrew's multimodal AI feature utilizes multimodal AI to support incident handling, capacity monitoring and other analysis tasks. It can access multiple sites and tools to capture screenshots of the target screens, and then performs analysis based on the selected AI model and prompt provided by the user.

The execution of AI analysis is divided into the following two patterns:

  • Automatic execution triggered by alert

  • Regularly scheduled execution

Screenshots will be taken at the time of each execution, combined with screenshots of optionally specified past data (screenshot taken at time of previous occurrence of same alarm or specific time periods in the past), and compared and analyzed.

The analysis results will be provided with all of the visual data used and can be viewed within StageCrew. The results can also be sent via email, Slack and Teams.
