Features
Studio
The Studio feature enables you to add items that need to be checked across various tools to alerts, allowing for immediate investigation based on the context of the incident, while also standardising processes within the organisation.
You can define what to investigate. It enables instant triage by placing work priorities using a GUI image and captures screenshots for analysis. Note: There is no need to change your current monitoring tools.
Precautions when using this feature
This feature uses browser automation technology to capture screenshots. It accesses the websites and tools specified by the customer (hereinafter referred to as 'Customer-Specified Sites') using an automated Chromium-based browser program. Depending on the frequency and manner of use, access to Customer-Specified Sites via this feature may become concentrated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that such access does not violate the terms of use of the specified sites (hereinafter referred to as “Specified Site Terms of Use”). If such access via this feature constitutes a violation of the Specified Site Terms of Use, CTC shall not be held responsible for the violation or any resulting damages. The customer shall bear full responsibility for any such matters.
Alert Manager
StageCrew connects the items you want to review across various tools as clickable links when alerts are received from monitoring tools such as Coralogix, Splunk, and New Relic. This allows you to get what you need with a single click, instead of manually opening browsers, switching between tools, or adjusting dashboard time ranges to match the time of the alert. The process is defined in Studio without making any changes to your existing tools.

Multimodal AI Integration
By integrating with multimodal AI, monitoring and analysis across multiple sites and tools are automated.

Precautions when using this feature
The reports provided by this feature are generated using AI and are intended to offer valuable insights. However, due to the nature of AI, the reports may contain errors, misunderstandings, inaccuracies, or hallucinated (fabricated) content. These reports are probabilistic in nature, and it is necessary for users to verify their accuracy according to their specific use cases through methods such as human review.
These reports must not be used as a substitute for regular maintenance of machinery or equipment, nor for expert advice. Users of this feature bear full responsibility for any decisions made, advice given, actions taken, or failures to act based on these reports.
ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation and its AI service providers make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of these reports. They accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions, defects, delays, or interruptions contained in the reports, nor for any actions taken or damages incurred as a result of relying on them.
User data is protected and will not be shared or used for AI training purposes. Users must comply with the terms and policies of each of the companies listed below when using this feature and the content provided through it. Please refer to the links below for more information.

Browser Extension
The Browser Extension feature allows you to perform searches using text in the browser as a key. This search tool saves time by eliminating the need to manually search various types of data, such as those listed below:
DevOps use case example
Tracing data for a specific application performance.
Security use case example
IP reputation
Malware site check
Phishing site check
File hash check
General example
Google search

Activity log / Insights
Event logs and Insights help compare and analyze incidents against the following.
Look back
Past events
With StageCrew, DevOps teams can correlate data across various tools, such as logs, metrics, and traces. However, these correlations are based on alerts or Actionable Telemetry (AT) at the time of an incident. In some cases, the correlated data at the time of the incident alone may not be sufficient for resolution. Insights instantly analyses where the issue lies. It provides information from different perspectives for each integrated monitoring tool to hel development teams identify the root cause of the problem.

Look back
This allows users to view the same information item over different time ranges as needed. For example, the same dashboard for the same time but sometime in the past. There are preset look back options or you can compare any particular time on-demand basis.
Past events
Users can view the same information item from past events (alerts/incidents) as needed. For example, if the current event is #125, users can also access past events such as #120 or #081.
#125 - event you need to analyze.
#120 - event from sometime in the past
#081 - event from sometime in the past.
Collaboration
By leveraging the collaboration feature, you can reduce the effort required for document creation and efficiently achieve knowledge (work) transfer.

Clips
Clips allow you to save screenshots and videos captured using scenarios or the browser extension. You can also add annotations and comments to the screenshots and videos.
Threads
Threads serve various purposes in a team's incident response process. In particular, they enable smoother communication and coordination among team members.
Key features of Threads
Real-Time Communication Team members can communicate quickly and directly in real time regarding specific incident responses.
Information Sharing Teams can share the latest updates and important confirmations with each other.
Coordinating Responses Response strategies and actions can be adjusted based on shared information.
Expert Notes
Expert Notes allow individuals with deep expertise and experience to explain and share how to respond to specific cases or issues. The accumulated knowledge from experts can be highly beneficial for less experienced users facing similar situations. By quickly referencing and applying expert insights, teams can resolve problems more swiftly and accurately.
Key features of Expert Notes
Annotate Video Clips Add annotations and comments to captured videos.
Extract Video Frames Extract screenshots from annotated or commented videos.
AI-generated Documentation from Video Automatically generate documents using AI based on the annotations and comments in videos.
Precautions when using this feature
The documents provided by this feature are generated using AI and are intended to offer valuable insights. However, due to the nature of AI, the documents may contain errors, misunderstandings, inaccuracies, or hallucinated (fabricated) content. These documents are probabilistic, and users are responsible for verifying their accuracy based on their specific use cases, including human review.
These documents are not a substitute for regular maintenance of machines or equipment, nor for expert advice. Users are fully responsible for any decisions made, advice given, actions taken, or failures to act based on these documents.
